VJB PARTNER s.r.o is interested in the production of plastic and metal components for electrotechnical industry, telecommunications, building industry. Most of our production is exported to the EU. Our main sector of business is manufacturing for the electro-technical industry but we also supply other branches of the market including telecommunication, construction as well as partially the automobile industry. Available technology: injection moulding, stamping, bending, powder coating, production and maintenance of injection moulds and tools. Following the purchase of the Tesla Jáchymov plant in 1995, VJB PARTNER s.r.o was established with two owners, Václav and Josef Bíško. The company´s name is therefore symbolized by the owners´name: VJB.

In 1995 and 1996, the company continued with the production of telecommunications components as well as introducing the production of new components. Because of the production program, finance were available for further company development.

In 1996 and 1997, important business contacts were made with foreign companies as well as launching of self-production.

In 1997 and 1998, the company was completely modernized. A production building was bought and totally reconstructed to support the new production program. In 1999 and 2000, further important business contacts were made with foreign companies and production was expanded. Since y. 2008, we are increasing the proportion of machinery production and focus on the comprehensive implementation of the contracts, that means not only the production of semi-products, but also their assembly, including the assuring of other support services as agreed with the customer. The production of semi-finished products are of course welcome. The company was certified according to the ÄŚSN EN ISO 9001 norms.

Since year 2012 we have been implementing in our plant Methode 5S. Well-arranged and safe place to work it becomes our standard. Our customer has the certainty that his products will produced in expected quality and time.

In 2013, we completely renovated the purchased older building and prepared it for production. Since 2014, the new "access panels" program has been mostly produced here.

In 2015, three new injection molding machines were purchased and the modernization of operations continues. The company continuously invests every year in technology and the overall improvement of the premises.

The corporate purpose is through the good control of operating costs and investment to maintain economic acceptable rate between price and quality, thanks the target communication with customers and employees to support their satisfaction thereby to secure profit formation and Goodwill.
