CLEAN ROOM

VJB PARTNER s.r.o has at its disposal a clean room according to ISO class 7(M 5.5) suitable for the production and assembly of medical products or other products produced in a clean room. For this room we can provide two injection moulding machines(35T/100T) with dye dosing unit.

The clean room is equipped with:

• packaging machine "COLIMATIC" for the packaging in blister
• smooth belt conveyer for packaged products
• assembly workplace for 8 workers each shift
• other equipment (in-process-store, material filtr, locker rooms for personnel....etc.)

The size of sterile room is 50qm.
